SAXO
Will not rev up properly & vehicle speed severely affected. The saxo is known for its catalyst problems, the lambda sensor is usually the first part to go when this happens the cat gets soaked with fuel and causes it to become brittle until it eventually breaks up and blocks the exhaust solid - restricting the flow of gas and causes a severe loss of power and top speed, usually restricts the car to a max speed of 30 - 50 mph. in this case the cat and lambda sensor should be replaced together to avoid damaging the new catalyst.
